As Sandeep worked to bring his vision for Dasta to life, he was focused on creating something different—a café built around authentic chai, genuine hospitality, community, and discovery.

Throughout that journey, many conversations took place with his family about the future of Dasta. His mother, who always encouraged him to think beyond conventional ideas, often asked thoughtful questions that challenged him to imagine what the café could become—not just what it was.

One day, while discussing Dasta over coffee, the conversation turned to artificial intelligence and how rapidly it was transforming industries around the world. Rather than asking how AI might replace people, his mom asked a much simpler question:
